Returns and Refunds Policy – Zesty Tech
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.
Exercising Your Right of Cancellation
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can notify us via email at zestytechofficial@gmail.com.
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To ensure eligibility for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Goods customized or clearly personalized.
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
- Goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. To avoid such issues, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts
- If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
